  • Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.

  • Monitor service tickets and follow up to ensure timely closure.

  • Build strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling solutions during aftersales interactions.

  • Support service process improvement initiatives and contribute to customer satisfaction metrics.
