Additional Requirements:
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in online sales or enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, IT solutions, or digital platforms.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Understanding of AI/LLM solutions or a willingness to learn quickly.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools.

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Drive end-to-end online sales cycles for Coworker (prospecting → demo → closing).

  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships via email, calls, LinkedIn, webinars, and digital campaigns.

  • Generate new leads through online research, networking, and inbound/outbound strategies.

  • Conduct virtual product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.

  • Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted digital sales campaigns.

  • Maintain CRM records of sales pipelines, forecasts, and client interactions.

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Provide customer feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals to decision-makers.

  • Maintain records of sales activities using CRM/Excel.

  • Ensure after-sales support and client satisfaction.
