• 2 to 3 years

• Bachelor/Honors
• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering

A degree / diploma in Mechanical Engineering with an experience of 2/3 years or from  a related technical field is preferred. However, candidates with outstanding record but without technical background may be considered.

• 2 to 3 years

• Age 25 to 28 years

• Technical knowledge / understanding of Industrial Products.
• Proven experience in technical sales, customer support, or a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and preparing technical and sales reports.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Bangladesh.

Location: Across Bangladesh. (Field visits to retail customers & factories across Bangladesh)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a few dynamic and technically skilled result-oriented Customer Support Engineer to join our sales team immediately. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of basics of marketing with a flare of technical knowledge. The selected candidates have to visit across Bangladesh to the retail out lets and various industries such as steel, chemical, textile, metallurgy, power, oil and gas, and more. The role requires extensive travelling and visits to retail out lets & factories located across Bangladesh, focusing on BUSINESS GROWTH through technical knowledge & marketing skills.
