We are looking for a responsible person to manage our Facebook Pages, Groups, and Customer Support. You don't need to come to an office. You can work while traveling or from home, as long as you are punctual and stay in touch with us.

What You Will Do:

  • Facebook Management: Regularly post updates, news, and promotional content on our Facebook Pages and Groups.

  • Customer Support: Answer all messages and comments on WhatsApp, Facebook, and other networks quickly.

  • Simple AI Tools: Use ChatGPT/Gemini to help you write posts and replies faster.

  • Update Excel: Keep a simple daily list of user problems or feedback in Excel.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Exam Knowledge: You should know about BCS, Govt Jobs, and University Admission in Bangladesh.

  • Facebook Expert: You are very good at managing Facebook Groups and Pages on a phone.

  • Ownership Mindset: You can do your tasks without us checking on you. You see a message; you reply. You see a post is needed; you do it.

  • Good Communication: You must be honest, clear, and easy to reach by the team.

  • Punctuality: We don't care where you are (even on tour), but the work must be done on time every day.
