Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

  2. Provide basic technical support for software products

  3. Log issues

  4. Escalate complex technical problems to Level 2 / IT support teams

  5. Follow up with customers on issue resolution

  6. Maintain customer records and documentation

  7. Explain product features, updates, and service plans

  8. Coordinate with technical teams and developers
