  • Honest, patient, well-mannered, and service-oriented



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide warm, professional, and ethical reception to patients and visitors .

  •  Attend and respond to hotline and center phone calls .

  • Deliver clear information regarding services, schedules, and procedures .

  • Handle billing section .

  • Maintain internal communication with staff, management, and authority .

  • Ensure patient satisfaction and service excellence.
