  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and handle stressful situations.

  • Strong strategic thinking and planning ability.

  • Excellent knowledge of organizational operations and administrative functions.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of all departments, ensuring smooth workflow and performance.

  • Lead department heads and provide guidance, support, and direction to achieve organizational goals.

  • Monitor departmental activities, evaluate performance, and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and overall organizational growth.

  • Coordinate inter-departmental communication to eliminate gaps, delays, and misunderstandings.

  • Identify weaknesses in operations and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.

  • Track organizational progress toward achieving vision, mission, and annual targets.

  • Prepare reports, analyze data, and share actionable insights with top management.

  • Support HR, Admin, Finance, Marketing, Diagnostic Services, IT, and all other units to maintain consistency in operations.

  • Ensure a positive and professional workplace environment that encourages discipline, teamwork, and productivity.

  • Oversee resource allocation, budgeting support, and operational planning.

  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and external communication when required.
