• Hospital, Diagnostic Centre
• Computer Literacy essential.
• Must have basic knowledge of medicine names and usage.
• Honest, responsible, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts (day/night).
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.

• Dispense prescribed medicines accurately to patients and customers.

• Provide information about proper medication use, dosage, and side effects (under pharmacist guidance).

• Maintain stock records, expiry tracking, and shelf arrangement of medicines.

• Organize & Manage the medicine store including date of expiry of medicine

• Handle cash, billing, and receipt generation using POS or manual system.

• Coordinate with suppliers for medicine purchase and restocking as directed.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the pharmacy area.

• Assist in inventory audits and report shortages or discrepancies to the pharmacist/manager.

• Maintain professional behavior and ensure patient satisfaction at all times.

• Maintain diligently all records including Stock Register & Challans
