Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Delivering to praniSheba platform customers support for day to day activities of the assigned farm
∎ Providing necessary information about praniSheba platform and insurance to prospects accurately
∎ Playing an active role in facilitation and implementation of the praniSheba platform, capacity building and training of customers and agents about praniSheba app and other services
∎ Ensuring timely and sufficient data entry to the praniSheba app by farmers, field workers and other stakeholders
∎ Ensuring health services of large cattle (dairy/beef) via treatment, telemedicine or any other means with the continuous help from Senior Veterinarians
∎ Identifying and analyzing potential opportunities to improve participants/farmers' overall cognizance - especially business intelligence - about their own farms and to improve the overall efficiency of their farms
∎ Building and maintaining relationships with service providers from the livestock ecosystem and input/output market actors from the perspective of the digital platform that praniSheba is
∎ Acquiring a superb knowledge-base about praniSheba mobile app and admin panel
∎ Remote monitoring of and advice on cattle health aspects covered under praniSheba through mobile and web tools in consultation with the Veterinarians
∎ Providing improvement ideas for praniSheba app based on customer feedback and domain expert consultations to the software development team
∎ Together with other staff at praniSheba, develop new and practical interventions for facilitation of capacity building of market actors

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a passion for life-long learning
∎ High integrity and professionalism
∎ Must have excellent analytical ability
∎ Must have good digital skills
∎ Must have good communication skills in Bengali and English
∎ Must have multitasking skills
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure
∎ The incumbent should be willing to travel anywhere in Bangladesh if and when necessary

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable for highly experienced candidates
