• Handle account opening, maintenance, and related customer requests in line with bank policies.

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, remittances, and other routine banking transactions.

• Ensure accurate maintenance and updating of customer records and banking documents.

• Support branch operations in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

• Address customer queries and resolve service-related issues promptly.

• Promote a positive customer experience and uphold service quality standards.

• Perform general banking tasks as assigned by the branch management.
