Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's degree from reputed university with satisfactory academic track record

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide card related services to walk in customer
∎ Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
∎ Handle Customer feedback and complaints efficiently and keep acceptable service level.
∎ Accurate solution to Branch and other channel customer within TAT and necessary communications to satisfy customers.
∎ Ensure customer complaint investigation in detail and provide feedback within time frame allowed by TAT.
∎ Building necessary relationships with customers for enhancing card selling opportunities;
∎ Build and leverage client relationships in such a way trust bank card division can be marked as industry leader in card services;
∎ Able to Provide high-quality customer service to Premium customer segments e.g. HNW, High Officials etc.
∎ Ensure highest level of customer retention.
∎ Maintain a strong working relationship with the team and cross-functional teams for smooth operations;
∎ Services must be maintained within organization's policy as well as regulator's guidelines.
∎ Ensure different control in tasks so that operational risks are addressed as per guidance of competent authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Should have right attitude to serve the customers with moto "Customer First"
∎ Should have experience in verbal and nonverbal communication with clients
∎ Strong Communication skills required to handle different customer segment
∎ Clear understanding of Card management system and other related solutions to handle customer queries.
