Experience:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from clients regarding sales and project details.
Assist clients in understanding property/project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
Coordinate project visits, site tours, and meetings between clients and the sales team.
Ensure timely follow-up with leads and update client information in the system.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by providing prompt, courteous, and professional service.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently and escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the property purchase or booking process.
Provide after-sales service and maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and feedback.
Uphold the company’s brand image through professional communication and customer handling.
