Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from clients regarding sales and project details.

  • Assist clients in understanding property/project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.

  • Coordinate project visits, site tours, and meetings between clients and the sales team.

  • Ensure timely follow-up with leads and update client information in the system.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by providing prompt, courteous, and professional service.

  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently and escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary.

  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the property purchase or booking process.

  • Provide after-sales service and maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and feedback.

  • Uphold the company’s brand image through professional communication and customer handling.
