Position Overview:
Study Universe looking for a dedicated and motivated female candidate for Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting clients with queries regarding IELTS, PTE, TOEFL registration, courses, and visa or migration processes. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students and clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via email, phone, live chat, and social media.
- Assist with the registration process for IELTS, PTE, and TOEFL exams.
- Provide detailed information regarding Study Universe’s services, including visa and migration assistance and language courses.
- Guide students through the enrollment process for IELTS and PTE preparation courses.
- Manage client records and maintain accurate data in our customer management system.
- Coordinate with the operations and academic teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest exam dates and procedures.
