• First point of contacts for any product, promotional offer, distribution, delivery, internal/external customers` query.

• Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service related queries.

• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer`s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

• Maintains customer records by updating account information. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

• Attend different queries of Modern Trade as well as institutional sales business.

• Always remain updated about different promotional offers, price information, brand activities and other information required to answer any queries of customers.

• Conduct different market surveys as per requirement of the business. Any other assignments as advised by the management.
