Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for some dynamic & passionate candidates as Executive Customer Support-Female.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Face to Face Customer Support.

  • Receive customer`s phone calls and answer queries;

  • Customers schedule according to the day and time;

  • Regularly maintain and update customer`s database based on information;

  • Driving customer retention programs to ensure loyalty;

  • Manage customers complains accordingly;

  • Ensure customer services according to the given requirements;

  • Continuously improve knowledge through reading and self-study.

  • Others activities as advised by supervisor and management;



Job Other Benifits:
    • Salary Tk. 8500 - 35000 (Monthly)
