• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing

• Age 25 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 2 years’ experience is required in the tale sales field.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing

• Good communication skills over phone and also practical experience to provide excellent service to our clients.

• Per day 250-300 calls must.

Job location: 24/4, Shegunbagich, Dhaka (Beside Gazi Tv)

Working hours:

• 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

• 6 days per week.

• Friday holiday

Responsibilities:

• Attend large amount of inbound and outbound calls.

• Offer in depth product information to the clients.

• Answer customer queries about products and services relating to the company.

• Provide product information and taking feedback to the prospective clients.

• Understand customer requirements and suggests as per requirements.

• Maintain a database and follow up with clients.

• Manage customer information.

• 2 Festival bonus.

• Yearly increment based on performance.

• Yearly 1 local official tour.(Bangladesh)
