Good communication skills over phone and also practical experience to provide excellent service to our clients.
Per Day 300+ Calls Must.
Responsibilities & Context:
Attend large amount of inbound and outbound calls.
Offer in depth product information to the clients.
Answer customer queries about products and services relating to the company.
Provide product information and taking feedback to the prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and suggests as per requirements.
Maintain a database and follow up with clients.
Manage customer information.
Engage new clients according to the office requirements.
Working hours:
10 a.m to 8 p.m.
6 days per week.
Friday holiday
