  • Might have call center experience.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Daily outbound call handling.

  • Attend customers regular query.

  • Introduce bti’s product to customer and generate the lead after proper filtering.

  • After creation the potential lead, entry to CRM/lead software.

  • Regular follow up those lead by collaborating with sales team.
