Responsibilities & Context:

Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for our customers. He/She will handle inquiries, resolve issues, provide information about our products and services, help customers place orders online. The ideal candidate has to be empathetic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

  • Assist customers with product selection, order placement, tracking, and returns.

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of our products, services, and promotions.

  • Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.

  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.

  • Contribute to team goals and maintain performance metrics.
