- Self-motivated and disciplined to work independently from home.
- A basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online shopping behavior.
Requirements:
- A smartphone and/or computer with stable internet connection.
- Familiarity with Facebook Pages, Messenger, Instagram DMs, and WhatsApp Business.
- Comfortable working 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days a week.
- Quiet workspace to ensure professionalism in communication.

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a proactive and fast-thinking Customer Service Agent to manage customer interactions across Meta platforms — Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to queries, helping with purchase decisions, and ensuring a positive buying experience that drives conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, and WhatsApp.
- Provide accurate product information, including features, stock status, warranty, and delivery timelines.
- Handle pre-sale and post-sale questions with a professional and friendly tone.
- Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and guiding them to the right products.
- Type fluently in Bengali (Bangla)
- Follow the customer handling playbook and maintain consistent communication quality.
- Keep detailed notes of interactions using CRM/chat software (training will be provided).
- Collaborate with the operations team for order updates, escalations, and follow-ups.
