  • Strong written communication skills in Bengali (Bangla)
  • Prior experience in online customer service or social media response handling is a plus.

  • High attention to detail, especially when recalling product and warranty information.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined to work independently from home.
  • A basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online shopping behavior.

Requirements:

  • A smartphone and/or computer with stable internet connection.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Pages, Messenger, Instagram DMs, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Comfortable working 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days a week.
  • Quiet workspace to ensure professionalism in communication.

Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8-hour shift, 6 days/week)

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive and fast-thinking Customer Service Agent to manage customer interactions across Meta platforms — Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to queries, helping with purchase decisions, and ensuring a positive buying experience that drives conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, and WhatsApp.
  • Provide accurate product information, including features, stock status, warranty, and delivery timelines.
  • Handle pre-sale and post-sale questions with a professional and friendly tone.
  • Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and guiding them to the right products.
  • Type fluently in Bengali (Bangla)
  • Follow the customer handling playbook and maintain consistent communication quality.
  • Keep detailed notes of interactions using CRM/chat software (training will be provided).
  • Collaborate with the operations team for order updates, escalations, and follow-ups.
