Responsibilities & Context:
Our organization will recruit manpower for this following positions:
Customer Relationship Officer (Must be experienced)
Office Hours: Saturday to Thursday (10am - 7pm)
Job Responsibilities:
Providing information related to air ticketing, visa processing, hotel booking, and tour packages.
Providing and coordinating services to customers arriving at the office
Follow up on services and prepare reports.
