Responsibilities & Context: Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Relationship Manager to join our student visa processing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying potential leads, assisting with university correspondence, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, proactive outreach, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential clients interested in studying abroad.
- Make outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to convert leads into clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client base.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the student visa process.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and referrals.
- Address client inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns promptly.
- University Coordination and Documentation:
- Liaise with international universities to gather admission requirements and updates.
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting application documents to universities.
- Ensure compliance with university and visa requirements.
Consultation and Onboarding:
- Conduct consultations to understand client goals, preferences, and study abroad plans.
- Guide clients through the visa application process, including timelines and documentation.
- Help onboard new clients and maintain detailed client records in the Microsoft Excel system.
- Reporting and Collaboration:
- Provide regular reports on client interactions, conversions, and progress to the management team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address client needs.
