MASTUL Foundation is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Customer Relationship Executive (Communication Department).
Key Responsibilities:
Receive phone calls, respond to donors in social media and keep track of all donor databases.
Handle donors' query, must be capable of managing donors’ requirements. Keep detailed records of Donor interactions and feedback.
Overall support the team for increasing Donor Relationship.
Supports the Communication Manager by maintaining donor relationships, securing new funding through concept notes and proposals, and preparing high-quality donor and HQ reports. Collaborates with the Planning and Development Manager on fundraising, communications, networking, and advocacy.
Develop and implement a fundraising plan for the organization, which will achieve the goals for sustainable funding, the development of projects and delivery of core operations.
Implementing an effective customer loyalty program. Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings. Implements quality, and customer-service standards. Contributes customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Able to work under pressure.
Any other relevant works as assigned by the authority.
