  • Computer skills. Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques is preferable.


Responsibilities & Context:

MASTUL Foundation is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Customer Relationship Executive (Communication Department)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive phone calls, respond to donors in social media and keep track of all donor databases.

  • Handle donors' query, must be capable of managing donors’ requirements. Keep detailed records of Donor interactions and feedback. 

  • Overall support the team for increasing Donor Relationship.

  • Supports the Communication Manager by maintaining donor relationships, securing new funding through concept notes and proposals, and preparing high-quality donor and HQ reports. Collaborates with the Planning and Development Manager on fundraising, communications, networking, and advocacy.

  • Develop and implement a fundraising plan for the organization, which will achieve the goals for sustainable funding, the development of projects and delivery of core operations.

  • Implementing an effective customer loyalty program. Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.

  • Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings. Implements quality, and customer-service standards. Contributes customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.

  • Able to work under pressure.

  • Any other relevant works as assigned by the authority.
