• Building and maintaining customer relationships,
• Handling complaints and inquiries, and working to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Customer communication: Act as a primary point of contact for customers, respond to inquiries, and address complaints.
• Relationship management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers through proactive engagement.
• Problem-solving: Analyze customer issues, develop solutions, and implement corrective strategies to resolve complaints.
• Customer satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction levels and work to improve them by understanding and addressing their needs.
• Data and feedback: Document all customer interactions and feedback, maintaining customer records and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
• Process improvement: Assist in developing and maintaining customer service systems, policies, and procedures.
• Proactive engagement: Implement strategies and campaigns, such as retention efforts, to strengthen customer loyalty and meet business goals.
