• Candidate must have good pronunciation skills and a tweetable Voice.
• Well groomed
• Must be computer literate (MS Word, Excel, E-mail, etc).
• Should be smart and have the ability to work under pressure to achieve the sales target.

• Receive incoming calls courteously and professionally, responding to Client queries.
• Inform Showroom Managers and Factory Officials about customer complaints.
• Communicate with new customers over the phone, email, and other social media platforms to increase sales volume.
• Understand company operations and services.
• Manage and resolve client queries efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain clear communication and follow up with clients as needed.
• Prepare daily and monthly Call reports and submit to Concern.
