Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Female Customer Relation Executive with basic knowledge of digital marketing. The candidate will be responsible for handling client communication, managing inquiries, and supporting digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via phone, Facebook, and other digital platforms

• Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information

• Maintain customer relationships and follow up regularly

• Assist in digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, online promotions)

• Handle customer feedback and ensure satisfaction

• Maintain proper records of client interactions

• Eid Bonus as per company policy

• Friendly working environment

Working Hours:

• 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

• 1-hour lunch break
