Responsibilities & Context:

MASS HOLIDAYS is looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and empathetic Customer Relations Executive to join our team in Dhaka. As a premier travel agency, we pride ourselves on delivering seamless travel experiences, and this role is critical in maintaining the high standards of service our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries regarding domestic and international tour packages.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with travelers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.

  • Complaint Resolution: Handle customer feedback and issues with professional tact, ensuring quick and satisfactory resolutions.

  • Booking Support: Assist the sales and operations teams in coordinating flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa processing communications.

  • Feedback Collection: Conduct post-tour follow-ups to gather testimonials and identify areas for service improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or aviation industry.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software or social media management.

  • Attributes: A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure during peak travel seasons.
