Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective marketing and client acquisition strategies.

• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into successful property sales.

• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, site visits, and sales negotiations.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and channel partners.

• Follow up with leads and ensure a high conversion rate from inquiry to booking.

• Lead marketing initiatives that directly contribute to sales growth and revenue generation.

• Coordinate with management to implement strategies for maximizing sales performance.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

Special Requirement

• Proven ability to generate and close real estate sales is mandatory.

• Candidates with a strong sales track record in the real estate sector will be given priority.

• Sales performance will be a key KPI for this position.
