Additional Requirements:

  • 3 to 4 years of proven experience in textile auxiliary chemical sales

  • Strong technical knowledge of textile wet processing chemicals (pre-treatment, dyeing, finishing, washing)

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and consistently achieve sales targets

  • Demonstrated experience in client relationship management within the textile industry

  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively for client visits

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with textile mills, washing plants, and garment factories

  •  Promote, present, and sell the company’s range of textile auxiliary chemicals to existing and prospective clients

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and industry networking

  •  Follow up with clients to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables and resolve payment disputes

  • Achieve or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals

  • Provide on-site technical support, product demonstrations, and application guidance to customers

  • Conduct regular market visits to gather competitive intelligence, pricing trends, and customer feedback

  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management

  •  Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and stock availability

  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility

  • Other duties & responsibilities as and when required.
