We’re looking for a Customer Happiness Executive who is polite, patient, and truly enjoys helping people.
If you have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or e-commerce and love communicating with customers, solving problems with a smile, and representing a brand built on honesty then this role is for you.
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers through Facebook Messenger, comments, and phone calls.
Provide accurate product details, size guidance, and delivery information.
Maintain a polite, friendly, and problem-solving approach in every conversation.
Coordinate with delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth order handling.
Handle after-sales queries and complaints with patience and care.
Keep daily customer communication reports and records.
Understand customer needs and provide personalized support.
Type quickly and correctly in Avro Bangla while maintaining clear, professional communication.
Use your laptop efficiently for daily customer management tasks.
Assist other departments (such as marketing, admin, or content) whenever additional support is needed — teamwork is essential at Galleria.
Salary: Negotiable (based on skills and experience)
