- Must Fluent in English and Computer Typing Bangla & English
- Must know Basic Computer MS Word, Excel, and Internet Browsing.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Page Management, website Management and client handling to handle incoming calls from customers.
- Need give outgoing calls to the customers.
- Need to provide service via Live chat with customers.
- Need to provide excellent customer service, ensure customers satisfaction.
- Need to provide service to all customers politely with a positive attitude & professionalism.
- Ability to explain Service /process/information.
- Processing orders and customer data uploaded on (Google drive) Excel file.
- Regular Daily Activity reporting to Management.
- Any assigned work from management.
