- Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in customer service or communication roles.Proficient in both Bangla and English (oral and written communication).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Basic knowledge of agriculture and issues facing smallholder farmers is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working with a team and handling multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proper reporting knowledge using microsoft office tools.
Responsibilities & Context: - Respond to farmer queries and concerns related to WeGro’s services, providing timely and accurate information.
- Handle farmer grievances by identifying the root cause of the issue, selecting the best solution, and ensuring resolution in a professional manner.
- Track and maintain records of all farmer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Suggest relevant services to farmers based on their needs and circumstances.
- Follow up with farmers to ensure complete satisfaction with the resolution of their queries.
- Gather feedback from farmers to identify areas for improvement in WeGro’s services and communication.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as required.
