• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Master of Business Studies (MBS)

• Only Male

Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years in senior management roles.

• In-depth knowledge of agri-finance, agri-supply chains, and procurement.
• Experience working with marginalized communities will be considered an added advantage.
• Proven track record in managing large portfolios and multi-tier teams.
• Strong analytical, strategic decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.

• কৃষি পণ্য, কৃষি অর্থায়ন, কৃষি সরবরাহ শৃঙ্খল (Agri Supply Chain & Procurement) বিষয়ে গভীর জ্ঞান।
• প্রান্তিক জনগোষ্ঠীর সাথে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা অতিরিক্ত যোগ্যতা হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।
• বৃহৎ পোর্টফোলিও পরিচালনা ও বহুমাত্রিক টিম ব্যবস্থাপনায় প্রমাণিত সাফল্য।

To lead our rapidly expanding operations, we are looking for a skilled, experienced, and result-oriented Divisional Manager (DM).

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Financial Portfolio Management

• Lead and manage a financial portfolio worth a minimum of BDT 30 crore, ensuring effective risk control.
• Develop and implement strategies for agri-financing, crop buy-back, and loan recovery.
• Supervise at least 30 offices under the division and ensure achievement of set targets.
• Formulate and execute annual budgets, long-term growth plans, and financial sustainability strategies.

2. Administrative Supervision & Field Operations

• Monitor and guide Regional Managers (RMs) and Area Managers regularly.
• Play a key role in managing and recovering delinquent loans at the field level.
• Ensure proper reporting, record-keeping, and transparency in operations.
• Strictly enforce company policies and SOP compliance.

3. Human Resource & Team Management

• Take an active role in staff training, capacity building, and motivation.
• Maintain performance evaluation, accountability, and discipline.
• Provide accurate recommendations for recruitment, transfer, promotion, and termination.
• Foster teamwork and create a collaborative working environment.

4. Corporate Coordination & External Relations

• Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, government/non-government organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Establish effective communication with farmer organizations, local representatives, and marginal farmers.
• Ensure proper implementation of head office policies, strategies, and guidelines at the field level.
• Submit timely and accurate reports to the head office.

Reporting Line: Divisional Manager will report directly to the Head of Operations.

মূল দায়িত্বসমূহ

১. কৌশলগত নেতৃত্ব ও আর্থিক পোর্টফোলিও ব্যবস্থাপনা

• ন্যূনতম ৩০ কোটি টাকার সমমূল্যের পোর্টফোলিও দক্ষতার সাথে পরিচালনা ও ঝুঁকি নিয়ন্ত্রণে নেতৃত্ব প্রদান।
• কৃষি অর্থায়ন, ফসল ক্রয় (Buy-back) ও ঋণ পুনরুদ্ধারের কার্যকর কৌশল প্রণয়ন ও বাস্তবায়ন।
• ডিভিশনের অন্তর্ভুক্ত অন্তত ৩০টি অফিসের কার্যক্রম তদারকি ও লক্ষ্য অর্জন নিশ্চিত করা।
• বাৎসরিক বাজেট, দীর্ঘমেয়াদী প্রবৃদ্ধি কৌশল এবং আর্থিক টেকসই পরিকল্পনা প্রণয়ন ও বাস্তবায়নে অগ্রণী ভূমিকা রাখা।

২. প্রশাসনিক তদারকি ও মাঠপর্যায়ের কার্যক্রম

• রিজিওনাল ম্যানেজার (RM) ও এরিয়া ম্যানেজারদের কাজ নিয়মিত পর্যবেক্ষণ, মূল্যায়ন ও গাইডলাইন প্রদান।
• মাঠপর্যায়ের খেলাপি ঋণ ব্যবস্থাপনা ও পুনরুদ্ধার কার্যক্রমে সরাসরি ভূমিকা রাখা।
• রিপোর্টিং, ফাইল সংরক্ষণ ও স্বচ্ছ কার্যপ্রণালী নিশ্চিত করা।
• কোম্পানির নীতিমালা ও SOP কঠোরভাবে বাস্তবায়ন।

৩. মানবসম্পদ ও দল ব্যবস্থাপনা

• কর্মকর্তাদের দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন, প্রশিক্ষণ ও প্রেষণা প্রদানে সক্রিয় ভূমিকা রাখা।
• পারফরম্যান্স মূল্যায়ন, জবাবদিহিতা ও শৃঙ্খলা বজায় রাখা।
• নিয়োগ, বদলি, পদোন্নতি ও অব্যাহতির জন্য সঠিক সুপারিশ প্রদান।
• সহযোগিতামূলক পরিবেশ তৈরি করে টিমওয়ার্ককে শক্তিশালী করা।

৪. কর্পোরেট সমন্বয় ও বহিঃসম্পর্ক ব্যবস্থাপনা

• ব্যাংক, আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠান, সরকারি/বেসরকারি সংস্থা ও অন্যান্য স্টেকহোল্ডারের সাথে গঠনমূলক সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা।
• কৃষক সংগঠন, জনপ্রতিনিধি ও প্রান্তিক কৃষকদের সাথে কার্যকর যোগাযোগ তৈরি ও বজায় রাখা।
• প্রধান কার্যালয়ের কৌশল, নীতি ও দিকনির্দেশনা মাঠ পর্যায়ে নিশ্চিতভাবে বাস্তবায়ন।
• প্রধান কার্যালয়ে সময়মতো সঠিক রিপোর্ট প্রদান।
