Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone, email, and social media.
- Respond to inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a solution-focused approach.
- Assist in maintaining a customer database and updating client records.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members for resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical) to ensure smooth customer experiences.
- Contribute to FAQ updates, response templates, and knowledge base development.
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve services.
