Position: Customer Care Support Intern

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Support Intern to join our growing team. This role will give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client communication, problem-solving, and service support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone, email, and social media.
  • Respond to inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a solution-focused approach.
  • Assist in maintaining a customer database and updating client records.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members for resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical) to ensure smooth customer experiences.
  • Contribute to FAQ updates, response templates, and knowledge base development.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to improve services.
