Responsibilities & Context:
Confirming Orders on the website & social media.
Receiving & Supporting phone calls to customers.
Coordinating with courier services to ensure order delivery.
Communicate clearly and effectively through phone, email, chat channels to provide the best customer experience.
Replying customers in Facebook page.
Support marketing campaigns by following up with leads. generated through advertisements.
Develop & implement strategies to attract potential customers.
Take feedback from customers about service.
Maintain customer records and update details as needed.
Must have the mindset to work in any situation.
Any other responsibility assigned by management.
