Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:
iSmart Broadband, a fast-growing internet service provider in Khulna, is looking for two experienced and motivated Customer Care Managers to lead our support team, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth service operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor day-to-day customer support activities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and digital platforms

  • Resolve service complaints and follow up for customer satisfaction

  • Coordinate with technical and field teams for quick issue resolution

  • Prepare and maintain reports, feedback, and performance logs

  • Train and guide support staff to improve service quality

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 18 to 35 years

  • Strong communication skills in Bangla and English

  • Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
