Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead and manage the customer care team to ensure smooth patient services.

  • Prepare duty rosters, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance.

  • Oversee registration, admission, discharge, and billing support to ensure accuracy.

  • Monitor patient queues and waiting areas to maintain efficient service flow

  • Ensure patients and attendants receive courteous, timely, and effective service.

  • Handle escalated patient complaints and resolve issues promptly.

  • Maintain hospital standards of service, empathy, and confidentiality.

  • Train and guide team members on hospital policies, communication, and patient handling.

  • Ensure smooth coordination between patients and medical/administrative staff.

  • Monitor patient satisfaction and suggest improvements to enhance service quality

  • Act as a link between patients, doctors, nurses, and administrative departments.

  • Update management on patient concerns, feedback, and service improvement areas.

  • Maintain daily service records, feedback reports, and incident logs.

  • Submit regular reports to management on patient satisfaction and service performance.

  • Ensure the team shares information about hospital services, packages, and promotions.

  • Support marketing and patient engagement initiatives when required.

  • Any other task assigned by the Management
