Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Lead and manage the customer care team to ensure smooth patient services.

  2. Prepare duty rosters, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance.

  3. Oversee registration, admission, discharge, and billing support to ensure accuracy.

  4. Monitor patient queues and waiting areas to maintain efficient service flow.

  5. Ensure patients and attendants receive courteous, timely, and effective service.

  6. Handle escalated patient complaints and resolve issues promptly.

  7. Maintain hospital standards of service, empathy, and confidentiality.

  8. Train and guide team members on hospital policies, communication, and patient handling.

  9. Act as a link between patients, doctors, nurses, and administrative departments.

  10. Update management on patient concerns, feedback, and service improvement areas.

  11. Maintain daily service records, feedback reports, and incident logs.

  12. Submit regular reports to management on patient satisfaction and service performance.

  13. Ensure the team shares information about hospital services, packages, and promotions.

  14. Support marketing and patient engagement initiatives when required.

  15. Experience in five-star hotel Management and a renowned hospital will be given preference
