Communicate professionally with clients through social media chats, inbox messages, and comments.
Collect feedback and positive reviews from satisfied clients and publish them attractively on social media platforms.
Represent the company through video messages and updates on the official verified page and other online platforms.
Collaborate with the team to analyze client feedback and continuously improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
Ensure every client receives a positive and professional experience that reflects the company’s brand image.
