• Well-groomed and professional appearance is a must for the beauty industry.

We are looking for energetic, professional, and experienced Customer Service Officers for our prestigious Beauty Training Institution and London Gents Parlour. The ideal candidates should have a solid background in customer handling, preferably from Call Centers or Telecommunication sectors (GP, Banglalink, Robi, etc.). Positions are available for our Dhanmondi and Farmgate branches.

Job Responsibilities

​Manage front-desk operations and greet walk-in customers/students with a professional attitude.

​Handle incoming calls, provide detailed information about beauty courses and parlor services.

​Convert inquiries into enrollments or service bookings (Tele-sales).

​Maintain customer databases and follow up with potential leads.

​Resolve customer complaints or queries promptly and professionally.

​Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
