  • Must Have Proven experience in customer service, sales & Marketing in Home improvement products or a related role.

  • Must have a good command on computer operations (Specially MS Office-Word, Excell, Power Point & Networking)

  • Willing to visit customers, vendors, stakeholders’ office, projects or sites.

  • Excellent communication skills (English), both verbal and written.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability and willingness to build rapport with customers.

  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide comprehensive support and guidance to customers.

  • Respond to customer inquiries instantly via multiple communication channels (phone, email etc.) or in person. Visit customer projects if needed.

  • Provide product details information, assistance, and solutions to address customer needs and concerns.        

  • Follow up on payments with account and make sure the order is processed as per company internal policy or order management.         

  • Coordinate with warehouses/factory and/ or mills and make sure the timely delivery. Keep Following up with all the departments and update the customers till the products are installed at project or site.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding.

  • Assist clients in selecting products and services according to their needs and preferences.

  • Contact potential customers and secure confirmed orders.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, using Excell or other designated systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, technicians to address customer issues effectively. Share ideas and suggestions with the team to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

  • Keep updated on product features, updates, trends and changes to deliver accurate information to customers.        

  • Consistently work to achieve company sales targets.
