  • Age At least 18 years
  • Has basic knowledge regarding Facebook Business Manager and ad account.

  • Has basic knowledge on digital marketing.

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (word, excel).Has the mindset to work under pressure.

  • Good communication skills both verbally and through text.

  • Good at teamwork.Permanent placement after probation



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and services.

  • Provide necessary support to the customer with information according to their query.

  • Follow up clients, assure their day-to-day transactions and input data in Excel sheets.

  • Report supervisor with daily work summary.

  • Forward query or technical issues to relevant departments for troubleshooting.

  • Convert hot client prospects into paid clients.
