Responsibilities & Context:

The primary responsibilities of Customer Services Coordinator include greeting guests, checking them in and out of the hotel, and responding to their queries and concerns. You also coordinate with other departments like housekeeping, maintenance to ensure that guest needs are met. You responsible for maintaining the hotel database and reservation system, which requires considerable proficiency in hotel management software.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for guests and respond to inquiries in a polite and attentive manner

  • Manage room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs

  • Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to guests regarding amenities, activities, and services offered by the hotel and surrounding area

  • Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally

  • Maintain accurate records of guest details, preferences, and transactions in the hotel system

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs and requests are fulfilled efficiently

  • Conduct regular inspections of guest areas to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and safety standards are met

  • Monitor and manage guest feedback and reviews on booking platform media and review websites

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty, including loyalty programs and special promotions

  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members and other hotel departments to ensure the smooth operation of the guest services department.
