Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of promoting our products and services.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide accurate information about our products and services to potential customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall team targets.
Understand the customer’s issue and solve the issue.
