Experience:
· Professionally handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding orders, deliveries, products, and services.
· Diagnose customer issues with empathy and accuracy. Provide timely, effective solutions or escalate complex cases to the appropriate team while maintaining ownership.
· Assist customers with order placement, tracking, modifications, and account-related queries.
· Develop a deep understanding of Arogga’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and build trust.
· Accurately log all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.
· Actively listen to customers to gather and report valuable feedback on products, services, and processes to help improve the overall customer experience.
· Adhere to all customer service protocols, quality standards, and data privacy regulations in every interaction.
