Job Context:
∎ Work Location: RSC-Asia, Cox`s Bazar Office, Bangladesh.
∎ Reporting to: Cultural Orientation Manager
∎ Department: Cultural Orientation/RSC Asia
∎ Expected Start Date: At Earliest
∎ Contract length: Till 31st September 2023 (with possibility of extension subject to funding, program needs and performance of incumbent)
∎ Remuneration Package: Competitive Base Pay with Fringe Benefits (As per IRC National Pay Scale in Bangladesh)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least two years of relevant professional experience.
∎ Experience in scheduling and general administrative duties is desirable.
∎ Work experience in refugee resettlement processing is a plus.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work effectively with colleagues and partners in a cross-cultural, multi-disciplinary environment.
∎ Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, work independently, set priorities, effectively manage time and meet multiple deadlines.
∎ High degree of flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
∎ Fluency in English is required; other languages such as Rohingya are desirable.
∎ Proficiency in database management, Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Outlook
