Educational Requirements:
∎ At Least Class 8 Passed
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Controlling the flow of patients
∎ Providing information about the processes within the PHC as required to patients
∎ Controlling crowd, family and others when triage and other areas of PHC are busy.
∎ Managing the flow of patients before and after triage, ensuring they are directed to appropriate areas of PHC with explanations.
∎ Surveying the TDH premise's access and guides people to reception within authorized hours.
∎ Watching TDH premises and property's perimeter fence through regular patrols.
∎ Remaining on duty until another crowd controller comes to do a handover, never leaving the post unattended.
∎ Helping patients who are disorientated or with mobility problems from one area of the PHC to another.
