∎ Proven experience as a Critical Path Management Manager in the garments or textile or apparel industry.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on collaboration and communication.
∎ In-depth knowledge of garment production processes and supply chain management.
∎ Proficiency in project management tools and software.
∎ Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive critical path management strategy for all aspects of Garments & Textile production.
∎ Lead a cross-functional team, collaborating with design, production, logistics, and quality control to ensure seamless coordination throughout the production lifecycle.
∎ Create and maintain detailed critical path schedules, identifying key milestones and deadlines for each stage of production.
∎ Conduct regular meetings with department heads to review the critical path, addressing any challenges or deviations from the schedule.
∎ Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimize lead times and ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
∎ Implement best practices in critical path management to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
∎ Utilize project management tools and software to monitor and report progress on critical path milestones.
∎ Provide regular updates to senior management, offering insights into production timelines and proposing solutions for any potential delays.
∎ Develop and implement risk management strategies to proactively address challenges that may impact the critical path.
∎ Mentor and train team members on critical path management principles and practices.
