∎ Proven experience in critical path management within the garments or textile or apparel industry.
∎ Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
∎ Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain the critical path for all Garments & Textile production processes, ensuring timely completion of each stage.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and logistics, to create and manage an effective critical path management system.
∎ Monitor and analyze the production timeline, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing solutions to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Conduct regular meetings with relevant departments to review and update the critical path, addressing any issues that may impact the schedule.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and components needed for production.
∎ Implement best practices for critical path management to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
∎ Utilize project management tools and software to track and report progress on critical path milestones.
∎ Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of production timelines and any deviations from the critical path.
∎ Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that product standards are met without compromising delivery schedules.
∎ Continuously assess and improve the critical path management process to enhance overall production efficiency.
