Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
The Credit Recovery Executive will be responsible for monitoring client payment schedules, following up with customers for timely installment collections, ensuring recovery of overdue payments, and minimizing financial risk for the company. He/she will work closely with the Sales, Accounts, and Legal teams to secure outstanding dues in the real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor installment payments of apartment, plot, and commercial space buyers.
Maintain updated records of customer payment schedules and overdue accounts.
Contact customers via phone, email, and official letters to ensure timely recovery of installments.
Visit clients when necessary for payment follow-ups and recovery discussions.
Negotiate repayment terms with default customers as per company policy.
Maintain customer relationship while ensuring strict compliance with recovery guidelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery status reports for management.
Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Legal departments for handling default cases.
Assist the Legal team in preparing documents for legal action against defaulters when required.
Support management in achieving monthly and yearly recovery targets.
